This video is ripped directly from a promotional VHS tape that Atari showed to potential developers and retailers back in 1993 prior to the system's launch later that year. It was originally made available to download on now defunct website Jaguar Sector II by collector Jay Smith. In this video you see several tech demos, including one produced by Jeff Minter, as well as a very early version of ATD's CyberMorph which would become the Jaguar's first game and pack-in title.

It's my favorite console of all time still. I had a complete collection about a decade ago, but I sold much of it off when I was unemployed and needed to pay the rent. I have since been rebuilding my collection, which has stalled due to the outrageous prices the stuff goes for these days, but I have almost all my favorites back, and most of the best of the best. Most people that say it sucks, like Laird said, haven't ever tried it's best games. They unfortunately manage to get a hold of a few of the dogs of the library and judge it base on just those few. I highly recommend it and The Laird and I could steer you toward it's best games. If you have the money, as, like I said, these days stuff is crazy expensive for it. I have the original demos shown in that video on CDR's I burned, except for that real early Cybermorph demo, that I hadn't seen before.
